We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team to deliver exceptional experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.
We are searching for a passionate professional. The right person will:
Have previous experience in fine dining environment
Be self motivated and strive to continually learn
Have a drive for knowledge and career advancement
Have a strong passion for cooking
Have knowledge of butchering, preferable.
Have excellent communication skills with confidence of working in open kitchen environment
Have an extreme attention to details
About Pilloni Restaurant:
Enter Pilloni, an Italian restaurant built around a fire, with the finest Australian meat and seafood, laced in nostalgia with classic, tableside service.Our menu is an homage to the Sardinia Island. All of the ingredients we use come from sustainable farms, hunters and fishermen around Australia, committed to provide superior ingredients in respect with Mother Nature.The menu changes frequently based on what is freshest at the time. We provide a variety of proteins, with a focus on fish, pork and lamb. We collaborate with nearby farmers to showcase both the larger season and the smaller seasonal variations in order to highlight the best of what they have to offer.Each meal contains a component that has been touched by the fire that we use to cook over.

Ability to learn new techniques and sections

Organised with a love for well executed food
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
