- Plan the menu and prepare tasty, fresh and wholesome food tailored to our customers
- Work to meet food-cost targets & other initiatives
- Be part of and lead a small team that works effectively together every day.
- Take ownership of the wellbeing of your peers, customers and others in the
- Cooking Breakfast, Crib, Lunch and Dinner meals for up to 100-150 guests
- Willing to work day and night shifts
- Experience working in a faced paced premium restaurant environment.
- Positive, self driven attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts, Monday to Saturday.
- Relevant qualifications and food safety certificate.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
- Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
- Australia (Preferred)
