Sydney Showground is now recruiting qualified and creative Chefs to join our casual BOH team for corporate and large scale functions & events including the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
We are a dynamic and diverse place to work. Whether it’s staging Australia’s largest ticketed event, the Sydney Royal Easter Show, hosting major events and exhibitions at Sydney Showground, or running RAS Foundation or Education programs that support and develop agriculture in Australia. You Will...
- A proven history of being punctual & reliable
- Have superior customer service skills
- Have an ability to make great connections
- Be energetic and committed
- Have an outstanding work ethic and impeccable grooming
- Practice good kitchen hygiene standards in line with the Food Safety Plan
- Be able to work weekdays, weekends and late nights (according to a 7-day rotating event-based roster)
- Be legally entitled to live & work in Australia.
The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) manages the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry and the Sydney Showground.
