We're seeking a positive and professional individual to join the Canberra team as a Client Services Officer! Please note, this is a full-time contract until July 2025!

We're seeking a positive and professional individual to join the Canberra team as a Client Services Officer to support our team during a parental leave period.
What will you typical week look like?
  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages.
  • Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
  • Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments.
  • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.
  • Communicate with advisors, partners and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

You are someone with…..
  • Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role
  • Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn and develop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
