The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Consumer Feedback Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will

• Provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate the end to end complaint management process
• Assist patients and their family and carers to understand the overall and individual GCHHS Consumer Feedback Management processes
• Contribute to a positive culture within the Patient Liaison Service

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

• Permanent Part Time
• Base salary ranging from $51.69 - $56.24 per hour

The Consumer Feedback Service (CFS) provides a specialist service within Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) to patients/consumers, their families and carers and other advocates who wish to provide feedback about the delivery of care experience.
