Fresh & Hot, a well-known Sichuan-style hot-pot restaurant, is seeking an experienced Cook to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Chinese/Asian dishes, ensuring high standards and consistency. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols. Mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and procedures. Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes. Work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Chinese/Asian cuisine. Certificate III or IV in Cookery. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Commitment to maintaining high food quality and hygiene.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
