Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality small plates, ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy bar nights, and assisting with food preparation for functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook items from our small tapas-style menu.
• Assist with function catering and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and improve menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment (tapas or small plate experience preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• A passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
