• Developing and implementing issues-led profiling plans for the firm’s core sectors and practice areas
• Driving execution of the firm’s media engagement strategy, including: Identifying target publications and building and maintaining relationships with key journalists; Pitching to media on market issues and developments relevant to clients; Preparing media talking points and messaging; Drafting or providing editorial guidance on Op Eds
• Playing a key role in designing and delivering end to end thought leadership campaigns including: identification of topical issues/themes/ trends; Campaign management; Stakeholder engagement; Editorial guidance; Key message development; Pitching to media
• Upskilling team members & colleagues
• Engaging with senior stakeholders and partners
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of our external communications tactics

• Strong understanding of, and interest in the economic and business issues in Australia and Asia
• Excellent business writing and ability to translate complex concepts into plain language
• Demonstrated ability to execute multifaceted communication campaigns
• Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
• Project management and time management skills
• Experience in or understanding of professional services is advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of or interest in learning video / audio content production will be looked on favourably
