About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our internal projects, with a primary focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the organisation. This role is crucial in managing the vendor relationship, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring successful outcomes within budget.
As a key player with both operational and strategic responsibilities, you will work closely with our IT team and a range of internal and external stakeholders, including IT vendors and contractors. Your mission is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will identify and address issues or risks as they arise.

Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline, providing a solid foundation in information technology and project management principles.

Microsoft Certified Professional, demonstrating advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft technologies.

ITIL 4 certification, showcasing expertise in IT service management and best practices.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

A current Police Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
