Customer Advisor - Contact Centre

$29.50 per hour + Superannuation and Leave Loading.

If you are customer focused, service driven and confident communicating by phone, then why don’t you come join our dynamic and supportive Contact Centre team as a Customer Advisor.
About the role
As part of our Contact Centre team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Expect a fast-paced day filled with a variety of enquiries – from helping customers manage their accounts, to resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. High call volumes can be expected, but with support from your teammates and our strong team culture, you’ll always have the guidance you need to excel in the role.
About you
While previous banking experience isn’t required, you’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll handle customer enquiries over the phone. Maturity in managing conversations, staying calm under pressure, and applying a logical, problem-solving approach are essential skills.
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle, at times, high-volume calls and remain calm.
A team player who’s reliable and enjoys helping others.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is highly regarded.
