As the Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for maximising customer satisfaction through effective relationship building. The Customer Care team is the initial point of contact our customers and is responsible for the receiving and processing of customer orders. The team also responds to queries from our sales team and customers regarding the status of orders, product availability and credit management.

This is an exciting career opportunity with the potential to progress into other great roles within Supply Chain and across Sanofi.

• Prior experience in a customer service role
  
• Exceptional customer service skills with excellent phone manner
