Beefy’s have an exciting opportunity for Senior Customer Service Assistants at our Ballina Store.

Beefy’s proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more! Our premium products are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards. Our production facility supplies our 9 stores across South East Qld.

The Role
The role will involve working a range of shifts between Monday and Sunday and between the hours of (approximately) 05.00am and 18.30pm.
Senior positions will involve opening/closing the shop therefore your own transport will be essential. Training will be provided at one of our existing stores.

About You
The successful candidates will be friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, a willingness to follow our proven procedures and an aptitude for providing excellent customer service.
Duties will include:

• Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number one priority
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness

Seniors:

• Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimizing wastage
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety
• Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun!
