About the role

Our Customer Service Officer role focuses on providing comprehensive internal sales and high-level customer service support to internal and external customers for the PGH Bricks & Monier Roofing products across QLD.
This position will be full time, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm + once every 5th Saturday, 8am – 1pm to commence ASAP.
Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding product availability, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries.

• Maintain internal email mailbox.
• Process quotes and orders into SAP ensuring details are correct and accurate.
• Process returns and investigate credits and action as appropriate.
• Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager on stock availability, stock quality and service issues.
• Seek to respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

What you bring to the role

• Previous experience within a Customer Service position
• Process orientated and is driven to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and to external customers
• Proficient IT skills
• SAP experience – not essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising).
