We have a superb opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join us at our Salisbury branch!

As a Customer Service Officer , you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they walk into our branch. Your role will be a dynamic and rewarding one, as you help guide customers towards their financial goals, referring them to the right specialists and addressing their general banking queries. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, where no two days - or customers - are the same! The Hours

This is a branch-based role and the hours are Monday to Thursday: 9am - 4.15pm and Friday: 9am - 5.15pm.

What will I need to succeed?

No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
