We are seeking a Customer Service Officer / All rounder that can start ASAP.
Location: Padstow ( Train and bus is approx. 20-30 min walk)
Working Days: Flexible 5 days, 4 days, 3 days per week - let us know what works for you.
Hours: Flexible - 9am - 4pm , 10 am - 4pm, 11am -4pm etc - let us know what works for you.
Experience: No experience required, we will teach you. But if you do have experience that is great!.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer in Padstow to work with our customer service team and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate over the phone with customers on a daily basis.
• Generate new leads ( we will guide you).
• Answer the phones as required.
• Book appointments.
• Generate Emails ( we will guide you)

• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements.
• Clear English and communication skills
• Amazing Phone manner that is happy and fun.
