We are currently recruiting for Heavy Diesel Mechanics with experience in the Heavy Machinery or Logistics Industry to repair and maintain entire fleet, including heavy plant / equipment, Heavy and light vehicles

• Northern Territory Location (MINE SITE)
• Immediate Start
• 14:7 roster
• 12 Hour Shifts
• Experience with CAT equipment and systems, with sound ability in CAT SIS and ET
• FIFO from all Capital Cities
• Competitive Hourly Rates
• Must have current drivers license & HR / HC License (advantage)

The role will involve but not be limited to:

• The routine servicing and breakdown repairs
• Major Inspections
• Conducting quality inspections
• Workshop preventative and breakdown maintenance on diesel fleet
• Strong experience in maintenance and repairs
• Ability to follow and update service maintenance schedules and prioritise works to support operational capability
• Accurate and timely completion of relevant servicing paperwork
• All applicants must have full working rights in Australia and prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing and National Police Check as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
• Experience with buses, trucks, heavy equipment/machinery or Cranes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 – $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
