About the Role:
Based in Bundall on the Gold Coast, you will be part of (as we like to think) the best team around! Our marketing team is small and mighty – we move fast and get to work alongside almost every function in the business to support our resident and staff initiatives.
This position will guide and re-shape our traditional marketing strategies to incorporate more digital avenues that reach our increasingly tech-savvy consumers. You will have ownership of growing our digital presence across social media, website, advertising, analytics, all while blending these efforts with more of our traditional media platforms.
What You’ll Be in Charge Of:

Liaise and coordinate all our external advertising (digital and traditional)
Analyse and track our SEO/SEM, Google Advertising and Facebook Ads
Create, post and manage Facebook Ads
Planning, developing, publishing and tracking content and engagement across all social media platforms - Instagram, FB and Tik Tok
Assist with content creation in the form of online articles, EDMs etc.
Assist the team with creating, collating and distributing monthly newsletters via Adobe Indesign
Other ad hoc tasks which may include, proofing, campaign assistance, tasks for facilities and more.

About You:
YOU are a detail oriented, dynamic, fast paced, creative who has a great sense of humour and a can-do attitude. You get excited by new ideas, and you think outside the box when it comes to getting our messaging out there in the best ways. You thrive in a collaborative team environment but have the ability to also work autonomously to achieve results and get it DONE!
You will also have:

At least 3 years’ experience working in digital marketing. Marketing qualifications will be highly regarded.
High level of proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office, Vision6 or similar, Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms e.g. Facebooks Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Word Press or similar
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders
High attention to detail
Proficiency in analysing data from SEO/SEM reports, Google Analytics, social media and email marketing to track performance, optimise and inform future campaigns
Innovation in creating engaging content, campaigns and visuals
Initiative and drive for personal, team and overall business success
A car and current valid drivers' licence.
