Join Sunwater as Document Control Lead, where you’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and leading the implementation and management of the Project Information Systems in accordance with the Sunwater Corporate requirements and the Portfolio, Program and Project Management Framework (P3MF). You will provide the technical expertise in the use of document control software and tools and integration with other Sunwater systems.
As Document Control Lead at Sunwater, you will:

• Lead and coach team of document controllers who are working across multiple major projects including the planning and allocation of the workload of shared document controllers to meet project requirements.
• Lead system administration including controlling user access and role requirements within the Project Information Management System
• Conduct assurance reviews of projects within the program to ensure quality and accuracy of data and information.

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in project document control. You will have experience in project set up and standardisation across multiple tiered projects with delivery of work instructions and ways of working. You will also bring:

• Software expertise: Proven experience implementing and developing project information management systems from the owners or client’s perspective (eg. Team Binder, Share Point)
• Strategic & leadership ability: 3+ years leading, guiding and managing a team of document controllers across multiple projects
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team
