We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to be part of the Core Mod Program PMO team.
-
Develop and implement a comprehensive Documentation Management Plan, including templates for formal project management deliverables.
-
Provide accurate and timely information and insights to enable strategic decisions, focusing on cost, risk, operational impact and expected benefits.
-
Design and produce KPI reporting on the effectiveness of Core Mod governance forums and key deliverables approval.
-
Provide timely assessment of program performance, as well as early identification of and options for resolution of issues and risks impacting performance.
About you

Strong PMO all-rounder expertise in large programs.

Proven experience in documentation management, strategy and implementation.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring traceability, adherence to governance standards, and delivery of high-quality assurance.

Skilled at stakeholder identification and engagement, with the ability to influence senior management, program managers and project managers to drive program success.
