We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to be part of the Core Mod Program PMO team.
-
Own and manage the Core Mod technical learning plan, including scheduling, logistics, and working with facilitators. Provide reports on technical training non-completion.
-
Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience for Core Mod employees.
-
Coordinate both the employee recognition process and wellbeing programs for Core Mod.
-
Oversee planning and logistics for employee engagement events like offsites, planning days, and team celebrations.
-
Liaise with Engagement and Readiness stream to create training communications, via Share Point and newsletters.
About you

Strong PMO all-rounder expertise in large programs.

Proven experience in scheduling and facilitating events.
-
Demonstrates a strong passion for attention to detail and upholding governance standards.
-
Able to identify stakeholders, develop appropriate plans and complete activities to influence senior management, program, and project managers to deliver the program with maximum success.
