About Goodstart Gunnedah:
Goodstart Early Learning Gunnedah is a 66-place centre featuring four rooms: nursery, toddler, junior preschool, and preschool.
Located on the traditional lands of the Kamilaroi People, the centre is conveniently close to main roads, schools, and shops.
Our programs emphasize community commitment and celebrate the diversity of the surrounding areas.
We provide a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, fostering exploration in science, math, multiculturalism, and gender equality.
Our engaging, tailored programs focus on each child's individual interests and strengths, preparing them for the transition to schooling.

Meet our Centre Director:
Hi, my name is Odette, and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Gunnedah!

A little about my experience in the childcare industry: I have worked in childcare for 11 years and hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. I started as an assistant, then moved to Senior Educator, then to Assistant Director and Educational Leader, and I now hold the position of Director here at Goodstart Gunnedah.

I have worked with all age groups and have been involved in all aspects of child development. I am passionate about providing high-quality care for children of all ages. I strive to create connections and relationships with all the families and children.

You’ll need:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
