  • Base Salary Range: $121,537 - $126,970 p.a (pro rata)
  • In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, Zone Allowance and once off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), Professional Development Allowance, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll harness your knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive educational resources and training tailored to the needs of nursing and midwifery professionals. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and safe work culture, ultimately enhancing patient and client outcomes.
  • Deliver targeted education and training to specific wards, units, or community programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Lead initiatives in a dedicated education portfolio, ensuring that training is aligned with the latest practices and policies.
  • Coordinate and spearhead projects and research aimed at enhancing educational outcomes and service delivery.

Looking for a change in scenery? - Nursing

About you:
  • Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in nursing/midwifery education or staff development.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply relevant education theory to nursing/midwifery education and practice.

Applicant Information:
  • This is a part time vacancy, working 53.2 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
  • Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.
