Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with assigned businesses to identify, understand, advocate and drive delivery of digital initiatives
• Represent global digital delivery organisations in Schneider to drive digital programs and ensure positive outcomes locally
• Lead, mentor, and drive a positive working culture and digital mindset within project teams to ensure outstanding digital outcomes
• From high-level analysis to go-live execution, you'll be at the forefront of project success, ensuring seamless delivery and user satisfaction
• Keep stakeholders engaged through proactive reporting, milestone meetings, and customer satisfaction initiatives, making a real impact on our business relationships

About you:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT management
• Skilled in digital project management and senior stakeholder liaison
• Proven ability to navigate senior management circles and drive impactful change
• Exceptional communication, conflict management, and presentation skills
• IT technical background and ITIL foundation certification (a major plus!)
