Senior Policy Officer, Major Projects Division

- Location: Sydney CBD, Flexible & hybrid working options available

Your typical day-to-day work will include manages and coordinates the development and implementation of a range of policy initiatives to contribute to the delivery of policy initiatives that support Agency and/or Government commitments.
Proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

- Research and review complex policy issues
- Provide expert policy advice to stakeholders
- Manage policy projects
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor and report on policy implementation
- Mentor policy officers and support staff
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Guide team members’ professional development
