The role will be full-time Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm based in our Milton Head Office, Qld.
The Receptionist & Facility Co-ordinator is a great opportunity for you to showcase your multi-tasking skills, this role will have you assist with ad hoc administrative duties, managing service contractors, liaising with business units onsite, coordinating all the office facilities duties, management of work orders, conducting safety inspections and spot checks, organising site inductions, onboarding and offboarding general receptionist duties in maintaining a smooth and efficient environment to our clients, visitors and colleagues.
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and with an approachable attitude
- Previous experience within a Facilities Maintenance background
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong Microsoft suite skills
