Family/Domestic Assistant Full time – Hawthorn East

A corporate executive family is seeking highly experience/professional Family/Domestic Assistants who has experience with managing family/household affairs and is good with children (teenagers). The children are twins, which will make for a challenging and fun family environment to be amongst.
Their new Family/Domestic Assistant will manage two diaries (work and personal), arrange all family and domestic affairs, including travel and transportation. They will also ensure the children of the family are organised for their many afternoon activities after school.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Must have fluent Mandarin language skills
Good communication skills
Experience and skill in translating between English and Mandarin
Highly organised
Good management skills
Property maintenance experience
Can manage children and has experience with teenagers
Excellent communication skills
Highly conscientious
Very high attention to detail
Has the ability to negotiate and deal with challenging child centric situations
Has a current driver’s licence (Australian or international), a safe driving record and experience in driving a people mover
Has the ability to pass Working with Children Check and Police Check
Offering verifiable experience, with references from previous employers

About the Position

Permanent full-time role - 10.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
Some weekend attendance may be required, which will be negotiated to suit your availability
Salary negotiable in the range $55,000 to $65,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
Accommodation can be arranged and will be negotiated if required.
Inner East Melbourne location – Hawthorn East Vic
