Role Overview:
Kogan People Solutions are working with this great employer as they seek a skilled Chemical Engineer to join their team and contribute to the optimization of their textile production processes. This full-time, ongoing role offers a competitive salary and a super work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for textile production.
• Implement new chemical formulations to enhance product quality.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams.
• Maintain detailed process documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot chemical-related issues in the production process.
• Ensure environmental compliance in chemical usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional post-graduate experience in chemical engineering, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes and formulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation and chemical analysis software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Unrestricted full time working rights in Australia
