**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking 4-6 dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist in medication as prescribed and assist with medical appointments as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and activities.
**Requirements:**
- Must hold a valid Yellow Card and Blue Card.
- English must be your first language, as effective communication is essential for this client as she is blind
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the medical or disability field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts ranging from 8-10 hours, with some shifts extending late into the night.
