The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager your busy day will be varied and challenging. Initially, you will trained in their systems as they are quite complex and the as you learn so the role will progress.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing company accounts inbox
• Accounts payable data entry into MYOB
• Invoice data entry and invoice preparation analysis using excel
• Review invoices and liaise with suppliers and service providers around any errors or omission
• Administration of various business registers
• Managing the procurement requirements of the business
• General administration and business support to the Operations Team

Key Criteria

• High proficiency in EXCEL is a must.
• Proven experience in accounts administration roles
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• MYOB or related accounting system experience
