Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our growing team. This role is integral to managing the group's finances and ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will be available on a full-time basis, but we are open to accommodating the right individual on a part-time basis.
Your duties will include but not limited to;

• Budgeting cash flow, forecasting
• Preparing and processing fortnightly payrolls (incl. statutory returns for PAYG, BAS, Super, Payroll Tax and Workcover etc.)
• Creditors - liaising with supplier enquiries and arranging payments
• Maintaining the Aged Debtors/Creditors report
• Match and reconcile supplier monthly statements.
• Data processing in preparation of monthly P&L reporting and expense analysis

To be considered for this role:

• Bachelor of accounting or equivalent
• Previous payroll exposure
• Strong experience in Xero is essential
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctuality and reliability
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
