Ready to jump into a fast-paced, fun environment? RACV Goldfields Resort is searching for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants with an RSA certificate and the drive to hit the ground running!

About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants, to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach.

In the role, you’ll have the opportunity to experience working across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.

Key responsibilities will include

Greeting customers
Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation
Taking orders
Communicating with the kitchen
Set up & clearing of tables
Interacting with guests

With rosters available two weeks in advance, our team's roster allows us to maintain consistency in our work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings + weekends is ideal.

What you’ll need to be successful

Previous experience working in a customer focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
Bar experience (desirable)
Barista experince (desirable)
A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
Current VIC RSA Certificate
Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality
The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team
