• Provide effective ‘hands on’ leadership to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant teams through the creation of a safe, team orientated, challenging and motivating work environment to deliver high quality member services that provide value and benefit

• Assist in the induction and training of staff aligned with RACV policies and procedures

• Monitor operation of the property ensuring presentation is always at the agreed standard and compliance with all relevant regulations

• Display a strong knowledge of property facilities, services, events and activities, and its local tourism and attractions

• Proactively identify, report and control hazards and risks in line with RACV HSW policy and procedure and in consultation with employees

• Develop and prepare statistical reports per Management direction

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, e.g. working on your feet & heavy lifting
  
  

• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort, Opera knowledge would be an advantage

• A desire to deliver a high level of customer service

• Excellent administration and organisational skills

• A high attention to details

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
