Front of House Team Member
CONTRACT

The barista role requires you to have:
· A minimum of 6 months prior experience as a Barista is preferred
· Availability to work a minimum of 3 full days per week.
· A bright and outgoing personality with good communication skills.
· A strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.
· Basic understanding of food safety practices, as you will also be serving up our tasty salads, sandwiches and wraps to our customers.
In return you’ll have the ability to work with high-tech coffee machinery and use one of Australia's premier coffee blends.
The customer service role requires you to have:
· Confidence to engage and interact with customers, as well as a welcoming and approachable demeanour.
· Good attention to detail to correctly ring up sales and handle cash
· An understanding that Customer Service goes beyond talking to customers - you’ll also be opening and closing the store with the assistance of the Store Manager, completing general cleaning responsibilities and cash handling
