Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome all guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enquiry Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries, providing comprehensive information about our facilities and services.
- Reservations: Assist with booking and reservation management, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest needs and requests promptly, liaising with the appropriate teams to enhance their stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including administrative duties such as filing, billing and data entry.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software, as well as basic office applications.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.10 – $39.12 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
