As our Marketing General Manager, you will drive our national brand presence, overseeing the roll out of impactful marketing strategies that not only support our growth but also engage our current and future members.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll lead a talented Marketing Division made up of Brand and Acquisition, Engagement, Insights, and Partnerships—all while strengthening HBF’s reputation as a trusted health insurer of choice.
With our HQ in the heart of Perth CBD, we’re also welcoming applications from candidates in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane or anyone ready for a new adventure in WA!
About You
As an accomplished and driven leader, you foster a culture of excellence and meaningful collaboration, you’re all about empowering individuals to achieve great things for the benefit of the broader team.
You are creative with a passion for brand custodianship, demonstrating a track record of driving the growth of brands in established retail markets.
Using your expertise in marketing and communications best practice, you are in the know of digital and social media marketing trends that support engagement with your target audience.
