What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of relevant kitchen and grill section experience.
• Flame and/or Charcoal grill experience
• Understanding of different cuts and cooking temperatures
• A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
