About the Role

The Restaurant Manager’s role is to manage, supervise and support all staff, create a positive, professional, productive and supportive working environment.

Work alongside a dedicated team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets while creating an exceptional atmosphere in a vibrant venue where customers can't wait to return!

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who possesses the following:

• Minimum 2 years manager experience, with a strong understanding of profit measures and a drive to exceed sales goals, industry training provided.
• Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
• Ability to create an outstanding looking venue, ensuring a happy team, and delivering a fantastic dining experience for our customers.
