How you will make an impact?

• You'll oversee a diverse team and client portfolio across Australia & New Zealand for the strategic consulting and technical integration of marketing technology (Google's Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360)
• You'll play the leading role in further developing the Strategy and Menu of Service for our Advertising Technology, as well as internal processes with other teams across TRKKN
• Members of your team as well as others will know that they can always reach out to you for technical questions, mentoring, and process improvement
• You're in direct and very close contact with our Partner Managers at Google for Google Marketing Platform and support driving our joint partnership plans
• As a member of the TRKKN ANZ Senior Leadership Team, you'll work together with other teams across locations to develop cutting-edge solutions for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead in our industry
• You are the representative for the Ad Tech Product growth and opportunities at sales meetings with some of ANZ's most exciting brands
• You'll support the team in their personal development plans and make sure they feel continuously challenged and excited about Monday morning
• You will be responsible for reporting the financial forecasts and management of the Adtech Pipeline for Australia and New Zealand.

The person we are looking for:

• Has a proven track record of sales and consulting across Advertising Technology platforms
• Has in-depth knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry, as well as several years of strong technical knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (or similar technologies)
• Has proven experience of leading high-performance teams
• Can understand client needs and act as a thought leader internally and externally
• Has the ability to adequately communicate complex technical issues to different stakeholder groups - from marketing to development
• Stands out through self-motivation and willingness to stay up to date, reads blogs and books, likes to take responsibility and wants to make a career with TRKKN
• Is excited about a dynamic digital landscape that is everchanging and wants to be in the driver seat when it comes to technical and data-based solutions
