Main responsibilities:

Head of Business Planning

(Permanent)

• Responsible for the alignment with supply on Demand & Supply plan
  
• Work with finance/marketing for alignment on IBP (R&O),
  
• In charge of the contracts & commercial policies in the MCO and challenges/endorse price requests coming from the countries
  
• Take lead in the TMB validation process with the global team.
  

MCO Project Management Office (PMO)

(Parental Leave Cover until April 2025)

The PMO Vaccine plays a pivotal role in shaping, leading and executing projects and strategic initiatives that support the growth agenda of the MCO Vaccine Business Unit.
Working closely with the MCO Vaccine General Manager and other key internal stakeholders, this role will enable and drive execution of all major organisational projects with a view to creating confidence that our organisation will be able to deliver on prioritised commitments.

About you

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with a senior level within a multinational corporation
  
• Exposure to international environment with track record of performance in Marketing and Sales with deep knowledge and understanding of finance and Market Access
  
• Digital Experience with Customer facing approach and new GTM tactics.
  
• Experience in demand planning or supply planning is a plus
  
• Good understanding of Regulatory constraints, Supply flows, and customer relation principles
  
• Experience within business operations & / or commercial finance.
  
• Experience in demand planning or supply planning is desirable
