- Commercial Acumen: Apply your strong commercial acumen to identify profitable opportunities, manage budgets effectively, and maximise financial performance.
- Proven skills in business and financial management, knowledge of revenue management, ability to analyse financial statements.
- Strong Leadership (people and channel management)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Coaching experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Sales/Marketing leadership position
- Strong change enabler and driver.
- Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity, and ability to manage multiple projects and people to get things done.
- Experience across Pharmacy/Grocery Channels within FMCH preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field preferred.
