Hyatt Regency Sydney is the largest upscale full service hotel in Australia with a total of 878 rooms. The hotel also features our Regency Club Lounge, Fitness Centre, multiple dining outlets, and meeting facilities.
The Role
As a Housekeeping/Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness is maintained in guest rooms. You will take ownership and ensure our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space. You are a valued team player who will play an essential role in creating a memorable experience for our guest. As a full-time colleague, you will need availability to work a seven (7) day rotating roster. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however not essential.
Responsibilities Include;
- Cleaning and maintaining our guest rooms to our brand and guest standards
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Checking and replenishing minibars and reporting consumption
- Handle and Guest laundry with care and respect
- Reporting any lost property
- Complimentary accommodation at selected Hyatt properties worldwide
- Discounted accommodation rates for associates as well as friends and family
