We are seeking a skilled and team focussed Administrator to provide contemporary HR and OHS Administration support to enable and drive effective people practices and programmes linked to the School’s Strategic Framework, and our Team Goals and Focus Areas.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the administration requirements for the entire employee life cycle
- Monitoring compliance with requirements such as Working with Children Checks
- Overseeing the School’s workplace gender equality reporting
- Preparing correspondence
- Compiling and analysing statistics and data
- Preparing reports
- Monitoring team inboxes
- Backfilling other roles during absences
- Experience in a similar role, in a busy environment
- Strong administration skills
- Exemplary commitment to ethicality and confidentiality
- A positive attitude and an authentic, passionate, resilient, courageous, curious and compassionate character
- The ability to learn new systems quickly, and proactively recommend improvements to process using innovative technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
