We are searching for a HR Partner at our Bankstown facility to join our close-knit People and Culture team. This is a true Generalist role with broad exposure to all facets of Human Resources Management and the Employee lifecycle. To be successful in this role you will be a motivated individual keen to develop your skills in a dynamic role, and you will thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
Snapshot of the role:

• Build positive relationships with leaders to ensure proactive, effective and compliant people management practices across all facets of HR.
  
• Develop and drive diversity, inclusiveness and employer of choice initiatives to ensure the business has a strong talent basis and pipeline.
  
• Improve business outcomes by analysis of data, identification of trends and accurate reporting across all areas of HR.
  
• Hands on role, with complete ownership of strategic projects to support the achievement of Quickstep’s strategy.
  
• Drive proactive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies to ensure we have the right talent, at the right time.
  
• Coach managers to prioritise employees and value processes such as performance appraisal, employee development and engagement.

What we are looking for:
You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, supporting employee development, and aligning HR practices with business goals. You will also be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, and proven experience partnering with stakeholders across the organisation.
Our ideal candidate will have:

• Formal qualifications in Human Resources or related qualification
  
• 3-5 years’ experience in a challenging generalist Human Resources role
  
• Previous blue collar workforce experience highly regarded
