About Tree of Goals
Tree of Goals Services provides a range of services to adults living with disabilities or mental health in Western Sydney of NSW. The Supported Independent Living division supports adults living with mental health or disabilities through the provision of supported independent living, short-term and medium-term accommodation services, daily activities, community participation and nursing needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Handling overall HR operations across the organization.
Identifying staffing needs, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting best talent for key positions.
Well organized orientation, onboarding, and induction of all new employees.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions and evaluating key performance indicators.
Review all HR forms, policies, contracts, agreements, employee files to ensure compliance with NDIS Rules 2018.
Motivate, encourage, and engage employees to accomplish organizational goals.
Work towards automation and modernization of procedures.
Training and acquainting support workers with Shiftcare system.
Organizing and conducting training sessions on regulatory compliance, Shiftcare, incident management, organization values etc.
Handling grievances and resolving staff issues.
Design, implement and run a performance appraisal cycle for the organization.
Plan and organize staff recognition & motivational events.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Human Resources Professional in disability care, aged care or community services.
Human Resource Management or business administration educational qualifications.
National Police Certificate
100 points ID
Right to work in Australia
Valid NSW Driver License

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
