Position Overview:

• As an Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in managing risk solutions and supporting our clients within the Spanish-speaking community. This position involves customizing insurance options to meet specific risk profiles, negotiating coverage terms, and providing high-quality service to clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions suited to high-use, mobile settings.
• Build and manage a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive coverage that meets client needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships, handling policy clarifications and claims processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar advisory role.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English: Fluency in both languages is essential for effective client support.
