What you will be doing:
The IT Support manager’s role is to lead Nuix in delivering world-class IT service delivery and support, by uplifting internal user experience and empowering Nuix employees through tools and processes. The role is also responsible for:

This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of two days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining three days of the week.
Key Responsibilities

Driving IT support and staff user experience through the continuous development of ITIL processes

Management of the IT Support team including mentoring, coaching, and training plans.

Instil a self-service culture throughout Nuix.

Lifecycle and asset management of all end user computing technologies

Own the Procurement and Asset management within Nuix technology.

Ownership of Nuix corporate technology products including Slack, Atlassian suite, Microsoft, and their lifecycle.

management of SOE and continuous improvement.

Develop, own and evolve the incident management process throughout Nuix.

Initial Escalation point for all Nuix service enquiries to manage and support internal demand.

Manage and develop Service Now capabilities to uplift ITSM throughout Nuix

Develop and manage an ITIL framework within Nix for incident, service request and problem management.

Work with the Platforms team to deliver continuous improvement across all IT processes.

Work closely with the Head of IT to continually develop team members and backfill of duties as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams.

Demonstrated experience implementing and improving ITIL processes across and enterprise.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in M365, Entra ID, Azure and other common tech stacks in a corporate environment.

Demonstrated ability in building and developing strong vendor partnerships.

Strong ITSM experience and toolsets, in particular Service Now

Knowledgeable in common application stacks such as Microsoft, Slack, Teams, Atlassian

Knowledgeable in meeting room and collaboration technologies.
