Job Description:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT? We are seeking an IT Technician Trainee to support our plant's IT operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is keen to learn, demonstrates a strong interest in IT, and pays close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and action support tickets
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Provide basic technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
- Participate in regular IT training and development sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist with the setup of new workstations and user accounts.
