The role:
Reporting to the Manager, Service Transition and Operations you will provide expert ITIL/ITSM advice, process leadership, influence, and support to stakeholders at all levels within e Health for the successful operation and improvement of the endorsed ITIL/ITSM standards, practices, and toolsets required for the transition and day-to-day operation of ICT services within e Health Queensland. In particular, you will provide management and custodianship for one or more of the following enterprise wide ITIL/ITSM processes: ICT Incident Management, Problem Management, ICT Change Management, and Release Management.

The ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• High level of experience in an ITIL/ITSM process leadership role within a complex ICT service environment
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, embedding, and reviewing ITIL/ITSM processes
• High level of experience in an IT technical role and familiarity with enterprise technical domains within a large and complex ICT environment
• Demonstrated experience in the day-to-day use of one or more ITIL/ITSM Service Transition and Service Operation processes
• Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence and achieve tangible improvements in IT service quality.
• Business process modelling skills, particularly relating to ITIL/ITSM processes, business process analysis, software requirements definition, and software testing methodologies would be highly regarded
