About Us: Gold Coast Cleans is a fast-growing cleaning business that prioritizes quality service, client satisfaction, and team well-being. We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our team, with an opportunity to grow within the role.
The Role: You will work directly with our Executive Director, supported by our Managing Director and Marketing Team, to create engaging and on-brand content for our social media platforms. This role involves collecting on-site content, coordinating with our admin team and clients, editing content, writing copy, and scheduling posts. Your goal will be to stay ahead of schedule, ideally preparing and pre-scheduling content one month in advance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect on-site content from our team and clients based on a pre-set content plan.
• Edit and create social media posts (photo, video, and copy) that align with our brand’s messaging.
• Schedule content in advance using social media management tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok).
• Collaborate with the admin team to organize content capture.
• Ensure all content is ready at least one month in advance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A young and motivated content creator looking for early experience or a second job.
• Familiarity with creating and scheduling content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
• Good editing and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, as on-site content collection is required.
• Experience with content scheduling tools is a bonus.
• Enthusiasm for creativity and storytelling.
