- Greet and assist guests, ensuring they understand Keno and respond to any queries regarding game rules or payouts
- Actively promote our loyalty program, recruiting new team members and identifying potential VIP customers
- Maintain machine integrity, monitoring for any suspicious activity and reporting faults
- Assist in implementing promotions and marketing initiatives to increase player engagement
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service
- Experience in a Keno or TAB environment highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- RSA, RSG and Food Safety certifications
- Willing to obtain and maintain a Casino Operatives Licence
